The terms that apply when you browse theholdcircle.com and order from us.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theholdcircle.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully — by placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Myrian Aeby, trading as The Hold Circle, a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain.

2. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through the Site. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you order is the version that applies. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Our products
We sell physical conversation card decks and related goods. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour, finish and printing may occur. Our products are intended for personal use.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We try to keep prices accurate, but if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel the order.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
6. Payment
We accept PayPal, Bizum and SEPA bank transfer. Payment is taken before dispatch. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, destinations and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including how to exercise it and who pays return shipping, are on our Shipping & Returns page.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the legal guarantee of conformity. Contact us at hello@theholdcircle.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products — including the card prompts, text, logo, brand name, graphics and photography — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for personal use.
13. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and you benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU. If you have a complaint we cannot resolve, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to new orders. Last updated: 12 June 2026.
