For everyone building a life far from home.

The Hold Circle

The one place you’re not alone.
The one place you’re understood.

Is this your circle?

Feeling Foggy About Who You've Become?

Prompts that untangle the version of you that changed with every move.

Tired of Starting Over, Again?

A few minutes a day, wherever you land — no habit lost in the next move.

Homesick in a Room Full of People?

Cards built to spark the conversations small talk never gets to.

Everything You Need

What’s Inside

This is where the ecosystem starts. Expatriation Foundations is the first deck. These 48 cards across six categories are built from real gaps found in real conversations, not a wellness template. More decks are already on the way, each one built around a different room this life happens in.

  • Identity in Transition Who am I now that everything changed
  • Emotions I Don't Share What I feel but rarely admit
  • Belonging & Loneliness What feels hard about being far from home
  • Fears & Bravery What scares me and what moves me
  • Needs, Desires & Longings What I want but rarely express
  • Vulnerability & Truth What would make me feel lighter if I said it

What would I admit about this move if no one could judge me?

The story you'd tell without fear of judgment is often the truest. Let yourself hear it first.

Where This All Began

The Expatriation Paradox

You chose this. The move, the language, the goodbye at the airport that keeps happening on a loop. So the world assumes the feelings are simple. You picked it, after all.

They’re not. You can love your life abroad and grieve your old one in the same breath. You can be furious at a bureaucracy and proud of yourself for surviving it, ten minutes apart. You can cry the good kind of tears at a life you built from nothing and still not have the words for the ache underneath it.

That’s the paradox. The Hold Circle doesn’t pick one emotion and ask you to sit in it. It covers all of them : the frustration, the joy, the pain points, the happy tears  because that’s what actually happens when you build an expat community and a life somewhere you weren’t born. An estimated 280 million people currently live outside the country they were born in. You’re far from the only one holding this.

Your Journey Starts Here

Designed for Your Growth

Draw one alone, with your coffee, before the day gets loud. Hand one to a friend or partner who’s never lived this life and doesn’t have the words for what you’re carrying. Bring the deck into a coaching session, a support circle, a dinner with the three other expats who actually get it.

However it lands in your hands, solo, shared or facilitated this deck does one job: makes the unsaid sayable.

My Story

A nomad since I was six months old.

Hello, I am Myrian. After moving across 10+ countries and speaking 4 languages, I realized that no matter how positive and beautiful this lifestyle is, nomadic hearts still need a sense of security to feel grounded.

The Hold Circle was created because you shouldn’t have to carry the weight of the world just because you choose to travel it.

Before You Begin

Common Questions

Is this a physical deck, or is there a digital version?

Expatriation Foundations is a real, physical deck — 48 cards you hold, shuffle, and keep somewhere you’ll actually see them. We’re building a companion app for the future, but for now, this is a hands-in-your-lap deck.

What's actually inside the box?

48 cards across six categories — Identity in Transition, Emotions I Don’t Share, Belonging & Loneliness, Fears & Bravery, Needs, Desires & Longings, and Vulnerability & Truth — in a rigid lift-off box with gold foil detail and brass hardware.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship across the EU and worldwide, with Correos and international carriers. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

How long will delivery take?

Spain: 2-4 business days. Rest of the EU: 4-8 business days. Rest of the world: 7-21 business days, after dispatch. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Can I return it if it's not right for me?

Yes. As an EU consumer you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. You cover the cost of sending it back (we cover it if the item arrived faulty or wrong), and your refund is processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Do I need a partner, therapist, or group to use these, or can I do it alone?

However it lands in your hands works: draw one alone with your coffee, hand one to a partner who’s never lived this life, or bring the deck into a coaching session or a dinner with other expats. It’s built to work solo, shared, or facilitated.

How is this different from a journaling app or a self-help book?

Most tools hand you generic prompts. These 48 were built from real gaps found in real expat conversations, not a wellness template. It’s a physical object you hold, not another screen, and each prompt is written for exactly this kind of double life.

Is there more coming?

Yes — Expatriation Foundations is the first deck. More are already on the way, each one built around a different room this life happens in.
